Agus Clothes Return Policy

Please ensure the return of all items within 14 days from the order receipt date. Items must be in their original condition; worn, damaged, or washed items, as well as those with stains or obvious wear, will not be accepted for returns.

All return packages must include your full name and order number. Returns received after 14 days will be sent back to the customer, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed. Ensure your return package includes your order number and name, attached to a piece of paper. Orders cannot be canceled once processed due to our swift shipping process.

For any order-related inquiries, please contact us via email or direct message on Facebook. We respond within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Include your original invoice with your return, and we are not liable for any lost or damaged items during the return process.

Exchanges:

Regrettably, we do not offer exchanges due to our limited inventory. If you require an exchange, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

Damaged Items:

Kindly notify us of any damaged items within 3 days of receiving your order. After 3 days, we cannot consider the item damaged. Please email us at info@agusclothes.com with your invoice and pictures showing the damage.

Store Credit:

Refunds are not offered; however, items returned within 14 days will be issued store credit.
